Two private parking spaces are available inside the gate. Please park nose-in on the gravel area and keep the driveway clear for the neighbor. Extra street parking is usually available near the marina entrance.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. No parties or unregistered overnight guests. Smoking is allowed only outside on the terrace. Please do not move indoor furniture outdoors, keep candles away from curtains and report accidental damage early so the host can help quickly.

The road becomes narrow during the last 200 meters. Drive slowly, look for the black gate with the small Lakeview House sign and park on the gravel area inside the property. At night, the motion light turns on automatically when you reach the gate.

Bath towels are placed on each bed. Pool towels and extra hand towels are in the hallway cabinet. If you need to wash clothes, the washing machine is in the utility room; quick wash is program 4 and detergent is on the shelf above it.

You will find coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen. The dishwasher tablets are under the sink. Please avoid putting hot pans directly on the wooden counter and use the cork mats from the drawer.

A baby cot, high chair and stair gate can be prepared on request. The terrace has a low step near the lounge area, so young children should be supervised outdoors.
